DPMG Governing Documents
DPMG is an Advisory Board that makes recommendations to the City of San Diego's Mayor and City Council, via the Sustainability & Mobility Department, on policies, budgets and issues related to the City’s Downtown Community Parking District (DCPD) and ensure that these policies are consistent with laws and ordinances that support self-sufficiency in the management and operation of such services to the various communities in Downtown San Diego.
