Our mission: to elevate the chicken and egg to the high perch they rightfully belong on. Amid the success of Juniper & Ivy, owner Michael Rosen and chefs Richard Blais, Jon Sloan, and Director of Operations Dan Pena introduce their latest concept, bringing the quality of Juniper & Ivy to a fun, outdoor "coop." The speedy counter style service offers a playful selection of eggs, chicken, salads, slaws, soft-serve ice cream and "other cluck." The Crack Shack highlights a full bar with craft cocktails developed by Eric Johnson, a thoughtfully chosen wine list, and 20 local brews on tap.
