Head to the Food Hall for the August cooking demo with Sam the Cooking Guy and Tommy from Catalina Offshore Products. Grab some drinks and watch as they teach us how to properly fillet and prepare a fresh fish. Sam will be demonstrating a delicious dish to make, so make sure you come by and get a taste!
