Little Italy Tree Lighting & Christmas Village
Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm
The Little Italy Association is proud to present the 18th Annual Little Italy Tree Lighting & Christmas Village. This year, the festivities will be held on India between W. Date and W. Fir from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
To kick-off the event, our special visitor from the North Pole will be riding in at 4:00pm, on Little Italy Fire Engine 3, to take complimentary photos with attendees. Be sure to get there early, because Santa will only be taking photos between 4:00pm and 6:30pm. Once you take your photos, be sure to take the little ones to the kids area, located next to Santa’s Living Room, for fun crafts with Washington Elementary STEAM Magnet School and ArtReach.
To bring the celebration together, attendees can do some holiday shopping with Little Italy Mercato vendors throughout the Christmas Village as you enjoy our holiday entertainment. Be sure to set you alarm for 5:30pm, because that is when we flip the switch and light our 25′ poinsettia tree at the Piazza Basilone. After the tree is lit, be sure to stick around for more shopping, entertainment, and holiday cheer.
