The
2nd annual tree and street lighting kicked off
the holidays for Little Italy. More than two hundred people
turned out for the event on December 1st. The Little Italy
Association hosted the event with coffee, cider and cookies.
The Association was honored to have the Italian Consulate
General Massimo Roscigno light the tree.

Mario
Cefalu from Solunto Baking Company for his contribution to
the Italian community. The Association increased the street
lighting from Ash to Grape Street on India and added lights
on Date Street up to Amici Park. The Association hopes to
add more streets every year. Thanks to all who attended the
event to support the neighborhood.
