The Little Italy Association (“LIA”) is a qualified 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation registered with the California Attorney General’s office to conduct this non-profit raffle. By entering this raffle, the participant agrees to be bound by these rules and regulations as interpreted by LIA.
Not more than 15,000 raffle tickets will be sold. The chances of winning a ticket are based upon that number, or the total tickets sold. Tickets will not be sold after October 12, 2008 after 5:45pm and a drawing will be held on October 12, 2008 at 6:00pm.
A winner will assume all responsibility for fees, state and federal taxes, and other costs, including but not limited to license, registration, shipping and insurance. Participants must be 18 years of age and provide proof of a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance when the prize is delivered. The prize has an estimated value of $3,000.00.
By entering this raffle, participant agrees to be bound by these rules and regulations and to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless LIA and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, claims, and damages arising from or relating to participating in this raffle or the winner’s use or acceptance of any prize. Participants further agree that they release and authorize LIA to disclose their name and likeness in connection with publicity, or otherwise, and by electronic means including the LIA website, regarding this raffle.
Raffle participants must produce the winning ticket stub to claim a prize. Winners need not be present to win. To claim a prize, the winner must also sign a copy of these rules and regulations, provide his or her social security number, submit a form W-2G, or other applicable tax form to be provided by LIA.
Officers, directors, employees, agents, consultants, attorneys, and their spouses and children living in the same household are excluded from participation in the raffle and are not eligible to win. This raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Raffle tickets may be purchased from LIA, and a winning ticket holder may claim a prize at 1668 Columbia Street, San Diego, CA 92101, email chris@littleitalysd.com, and/or call 619-233-3898.
